I have received and read the Moonacre Supplier & Contractor Terms & Conditions.

Public Liability Insurance of at least £5m is in force, or an alternative has been agreed in writing.

Our arrival, unloading, parking and collection arrangements are agreed. We understand there is NO vehicle access onto grass unless authorised.

Any temporary structure, inflatable, stage, truss or significant rigging has been declared and will be installed/operated by competent persons.

We understand Moonacre catering clear-down charges: £150 standard or £200-£250 heavy clear-down where the caterer leaves this work to the venue.

We accept responsibility for food hygiene, allergen information, adequate catering staff, table clearing and catering waste.
